Cher is passionate about connecting with individuals in order to help them discover their purpose, and take active steps of courage to fulfil their potential. Cher works from a positive psychology perspective and tailors evidence-based treatment approaches to individual client needs. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness, Schema Therapy and Trauma Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST).

Madeleine has a specific interest in the treatment of trauma-related presentations. These include complex trauma (childhood), distressing life experiences, anxiety disorders, and emotionally challenging relationship dynamics, which can translate into a range of behavioural, emotional, and interpersonal difficulties. Further interests include comprehensive client assessment, functional behavioural analysis, and the management of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism symptomology.

Madeleine believes in a holistic method of encouraging physical and internal health, alongside a trauma-informed approach to therapy. Madeleine achieves client goals using evidence-based clinical treatments such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Somatic Regulation techniques and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

With an empathetic and compassionate approach, Madeleine assists clients across the lifespan to successfully identify and navigate their mental health challenges, leading to a healthy, balanced and fulfilling life.

Emily has a strong interest in trauma-related presentations, including PTSD and complex trauma, as well as personality disorders. Additionally, she works with neurodevelopmental disorders like Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and a range of anxiety and mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder.

Loretta recognises that every person’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. She believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process and is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based, trauma-informed support that is tailored to each individual. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, combining traditional psychological therapies with mind-body and somatic techniques where appropriate.

Loretta is passionate about supporting trauma recovery and improving emotional wellbeing. Her practice draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Re-Imprinting, and Schema Therapy, and body-based practices such as Qigong and Yoga to support nervous system regulation and safety.

She has experience working with complex trauma, childhood trauma, stress-related conditions, type 1 diabetes, divorce and relationship changes, and domestic and family violence. Loretta works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a supportive, non-judgemental space that encourages insight, empowerment, and growth. At the heart of Loretta’s work is a compassionate, collaborative, and person-centred approach, honouring each client’s story while helping them move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing.
